In accordance with Ofsted best practice we can disclose that non of our school employees have a gross annual salary in excess of £100,000.

Principal funds are received for each learner, for each academic year that they attend one of the SupaJam campuses.

The funding comprises of three elements from two different sources:

Element one being the base element and received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
Element two is a top up for students with special educational needs and again paid by the ESFA.
Element three is calculated individually by the Local Authority using a range of metrics around the individual learner's needs and the amount of time they spend in College, plus the level of learning and therapeutic support that is needed by the individual.

The total amount per learner ranges from £12,000 to £49,000 depending on individual need, per academic year.

Any growth in student numbers above SupaJam's contracted numbers are not funded in year and subject to lagged funding by the ESFA.
